摘要
通过安装角优化提高风机发电量,首先对设计安装角在特定正负偏差范围内进行气动性能计算,依据发电功率以及发电量的变化情况,确定最优安装角的范围;其次在所确定的安装角内对风机进行裁荷安全评估;最后在风场进行最优安装角运行测试。通过相关的发电量及发电功率的分析,总结得到叶片的最优安装角。通过对某型1.5MW风电机组4个风场共计23台风电机组的优化测试,得到当测试风机安装角凋整为某一负值的安装角时,风机的发电性能最佳。
For the purpose of improving wind turbine generation, optimizing the wind turbine blade set angle can be used, first of all, it is necessary to calculate the aerodynamic performance within a specific set angle range. Secondly, it is needed to assess the wind turbine loads and safety within the range. And finally, testing at the wind farms. By analyzing the power generating capacity and power generation, it is confinned that the optimal wind turbine blade set angle at different wind speeds. In practice, Through the tests of a certain type total 23 1.5MW wind turbines which is installed at the four different wind farms, by analyzing the proportion of the tested wind turbines generation, when the set angle is adjusted to a negative value, the wind turbine get the best performance.
