摘要
目的对康艾注射液辅助治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效、毒副作用和药物经济学进行评价。方法取某三甲医院康艾注射液辅助治疗鼻咽癌患者进行回顾性队列研究,共纳入符合研究条件的鼻咽癌患者217例,其中121例合并使用康艾注射液治疗,96例未使用,两组基线差异无统计学意义。结果治疗后,康艾组瘤体缩小的有效率为32.2%,与非康艾组的38.5%比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.333);两组治疗后白细胞计数均明显下降,但治疗后康艾组与非康艾组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.598)。康艾组放化疗后呕吐、头晕、精神不佳发生率分别为19.0%、9.1%、2.5%,明显低于非康艾组的34.4%、18.8%、11.5%。康艾组药品费用较高,但两组住院总费用比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.703);考虑社会劳动成本,两组总成本比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.689)。康艾组能减轻治疗呕吐、头晕和精神不佳症状,成本-效果更优。结论康艾注射液对鼻咽癌化疗引起的毒副反应有一定的改善效果。
Objective To evaluate the curative effects and pharmacoeconomics of Kangai injection on Nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods An retrospective cohort study was employed. According to the inclusion criteria,there were 217 patients who suffered from nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and 121 cases were as Kangai group while the other in non-Kangai group. Results No significant difference between the two groups in baseline. After treatment,the efficiency of the reduction of tumor size in the Kangai group was 32. 2%,which was 38. 5% in the non-Kangai group respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two group（P = 0. 333）. Leukocytes significantly decreased in two groups after treatment;however,no significant difference was found（P = 0. 598）. The incidence rates of vomiting,dizziness,poor spirit were 19%,9. 1% and 2. 5% respectively in Kangai group,which were significantly lower than those in the non-Kangai group of 34. 4%,18. 8%,11. 5%. Drug cost was higher in Kangai group,but no significant difference was found between the two groups in total cost of hospitalization（P = 0. 703）. The social cost of labor,total costs of the two groups had no significant difference（P = 0. 689）. Conclusion Kangai injection can reduce side effect of vomiting,dizziness and depression induced by radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and cost-effectiveness is better.
