摘要
温控系统具有非线性、大滞后和大惯性,很难用精确的数学语言描述。金属热处理对炉温的调节时间、超调量和静差都有较高的要求,用常规的PID定值算法时,参数选择很难做到最优匹配,从而影响控制效果。提出了一种多模分段控制方法来综合比例控制、模糊控制和比例-积分控制的优点,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真和实验,证明在动态性能和静态性能等方面均具有良好的表现。
The temperature control system with its nonlineariry,long lag and high inertia is difficult to describe in an accurate mathematical language. As metal heat treatment has high requirements on the regulation time,overshooting and static differential of furnace temperature,parameters can hardly be matched in the optimal way when the normal PID fixed value algorithm is used. Thus,the control effect is affected. In this paper,we present a multimode subdivision control method to combine the advantages of proportional control,fuzzy control and proportional-integral control. MATLAB /Simulink simulation and experiment demonstrate that the proposed method gives excellent dynamic and static performance.
