摘要
在2011年10月召开的中央企业财务工作会议上,国资委要求中央企业要在"十二五"和未来十年建设世界一流财务。建设世界一流财务,对于中石化来说是一项长期而复杂的系统工程。为了确保能够在既定时间内圆满完成这项工作,必须明确建设世界一流财务这一目标的基本内涵,认真梳理企业财务现状与世界一流财务之间存在的差距,在此基础上规划并制定出行之有效的建设思路和应对措施。
In the financial work conference for state-owned enterprises of October,2011,SASAC required national enterprises to build world-class financing during the period of ＂twelfth-five＂ programming and the next 10years.This is a longterm and complex systems engineering.In order to make sure the object of this work will be finished completely,we should clearly understand the connotation of the task and analysis the gap between current situation of our enterprises＇ financing and the world-class financing carefully.Then program and formulate effective ideas and measures to reach the goal.
