肾上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤肺转移1例

摘要报道肾上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（ epithelioid angiomyolipoma,EAML）肺转移1例的治疗经过,复习文献资料,探讨肾EAML肺转移的治疗策略。一、病例报告患者,男,49岁,因“体检发现肺部结节一周”于2013年8月12日入院。患者一周前体检行胸部CT提示：左肺上叶前段、舌段共见三枚类圆形脂肪密度结节,边缘光整,密度均匀,较大一个位于下舌段,大小约18 mm。
