摘要
成都理工大学创新教育基地自2004年成立以来,以工程训练中心为载体,开展"四维"创新人才培养方法的探索经验和成功案例。在多专业实验室统一管理的多学科交叉平台基础之上,组建不同专业的创新小组,以大学生科技竞赛及教师科研项目为训练科目,师生紧密互动,高低年级学生间传、帮、带,在工程训练中贯彻落实"知育、思育、心育、人育"的四维创新人才培养方法。多年的教育改革实践效果证明该方法是切实有效的。
In 2004,Chengdu University of Technology founded the Creation Education Base in campus.After its foundation,the base carried out the cultivation of creative talents with 4-dimension which includes intelligence,thinking,mentality and personality,accumulated some experiences,and held several excellent samples.Under the platform built by multi-specialties,creation groups were established.The students competition and projects of teachers were taken as training subjects.With the interactions of teachers and students as well as higher grades students and lower grades students,the Creation Education Base focuses on the cultivation of 4-dimension talents.The reform has been verified to be effective by many years practice.
