摘要
本文提出了一种新的角度优化控制方案,在开关磁阻电机模型参数未知的情况下,仅以各相电流电压和位置信号为输入,在线计算开关角度调整量,从而近似得到理想开关角,使得SR电机运行时效率较高。在Matlab/Simulink系统环境下建立角度优化仿真模型,通过仿真分别计算角度优化控制方案运行前后电机的效率,并且检验控制方案对转速和负载突变的响应情况。然后在仿真完成的基础上选择适合的微处理器,设计需要的外围电路,搭建SR电机调速平台并验证了角度优化控制方案的可行性。
The paper presented a new angle optimization control scheme. In the case of unknown parameters of SR motor model, inputs are only voltage and current of each phase and position signal. The optimal turnon angle and turn-off angle can be obtained accurately and quickly by online calculation of real-time switching angle adjustment amount, keeping the SR motor running in high efficiency. Used the angle optimization program based on the simulation model established before to calculate the motor's efficiency before applying the optimization control program and after applying the optimization control program and simulate to test the response of the control scheme on the speed and load mutation. Then selected a suitable microprocessor on the basis of the simulation and designed the necessary peripheral circuit, built the SR motor speed platform and design the system experiment to verify the feasibility of the control scheme.
