摘要
全液压钻机是钻井自动化的一个重要方向。为了提高国产钻机的自动化和智能化水平,研制了具有自主知识产权的全液压钻机。该钻机突破了倍程提升系统、液压控制系统、钻具处理系统等关键技术,可以适应环境条件和地质构造相当恶劣以及钻井费用相当高的地区的钻井工作。同时,具有更好的适应性和经济性。现场试验结果表明,钻机的功能和参数达到设计要求,试验效果良好。国产全液压钻机可以明显减轻工人的劳动强度,使操作更安全,施工质量也得以提高。
Hydraulic drilling rig is an important development direction of automatic drilling. In order to ad- vance the domestic rig automation and intelligentization level, a hydraulic drilling rig is developed with independ- ent intellectual property rights. During the development of the rig, some breakthroughs in key technologies have been made like the duplex stroke hoisting system, the hydraulic control system and the pipe handling system, making the rig adapted to harsh environment, complicated geological structures and high-cost drilling areas. Thus, the new developed hydraulic drilling rig has a better adaptability and economy. Industrial test results show that the rig functions and parameters have met the design requirements with great field test results. The new developed do- mestic hydraulic drilling rig can significantly reduce the labor intensity and provide a safer operation and an ad- vanced operation quality.
