摘要
门诊收费是医院收入主要来源之一,由于各种原因每天出现大量退费现象,文章指出医院门诊退费过程中存在的风险点,并提出了相应的防范措施。针对实际工作中常见的问题,逐一进行分析。通过建立门诊退费的各种防控措施,来规范门诊退费管理。
Outpatient charge was the main resource of hospital income. There were a large amount of refund status due to different reasons everyday. The risk existing in hospital outpatient refunding process was pointed out, related prevention measurement were proposed. Common problems in actual work were analyzed in order. Different prevention and control measurement for outpatient refund were applied to regulate the management of outpatient refund.
