摘要 邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(phthalate acid esters,PAEs)是一类重要的环境内分泌干扰物,在人群中广泛、持续暴露,对雄性动物的胚胎和生殖系统发育以及生殖功能等具有潜在的生殖毒性。文中就PAEs的雄性生殖毒性研究进展及相关热点问题进行综述。 Phthalate acid esters (PAEs) are a kind of important environmental endocrine disrupting compounds. Because the public are exposed to PAEs continuously, the potential reproductive toxicity effect on development of reproductive system in male animal causes increasing concerns. This article reviews the male reproductive toxicity and other related problems of PAEs.
