摘要
借助FLOW-3D对汽车压铸模具的两种水冷方案进行数值模拟,获得了型腔内部及模具的温度场分布情况。经对比分析,得到了较优的模具水冷方案。
Two types of water-cooled solution for automotive die-casting mold were simulated by FLOW-3D, and the temperature distribution of the cavity internal and in the mold was obtained. By comparative analysis, the optimized mold water-cooling solutionit for die-casting mold was gotten.
