摘要
研究不用淬火热处理工艺下合金球墨铸铁活塞环的硬度和微观组织,得出最佳淬火工艺。结果表明,合金球墨铸铁活塞环的最佳淬火工艺为940℃保温50 min后油淬,所得组织为细小的短针状马氏体和少量残余奥氏体。
The hardness and microstructure of the alloy ductile cast iron piston ring under different heat treatment processes were studied. The results show that the optimum heat treatment of the piston ring is oil quenching after keeping at 940℃ for 50 min. Fine needle-type martensite and a small amount retained austenite are obtained in the microstructure.
