摘要 基于Eggleston等人提出的小晶面枝晶生长的相场模型,阐述了国内外采用相场法模拟小晶面枝晶生长的研究现状,对不同的模拟结果进行了分析讨论。结果认为,相场模型的取值还存在较大的人为因素,需要设计相对理想、简单并且可以控制的试验,确定相场参数和实际材料及环境参数的精确联系,避免计算的人为因素,保证模拟结果的精确性。 Based on the phase-field model of faceted dendritic growth which proposed by Eggleston et al, the domestic and overseas research status of faceted dendritic growth were expounded using phase-field simulation, and the different simulation results were discussed. The results show that the evaluation of phase field model has major man-made factors, which need relative ideal, simple and controllable experiments in design, so as to determine the accurate contact of phase-field parameters, actual materials and environment parameters, avoid the man-made factors in calculation, ensure the accuracy of the simulation results.
