ABCB5和SphK1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨ABCB5和鞘氨醇激酶1(SphK1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平及两者与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法:收集于行手术切除的92例乳腺癌组织及45例对应癌旁组织,采用免疫组化SP法分别检测癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况并根据二级计分法将其分为低表达和高表达部分,分析两蛋白表达水平与临床病理参数的关系及两者表达的相关性。结果:乳腺癌组织ABCB5和SphK1蛋白的高表达率分别为69.6%(64/92)和58.7%(54/92),均高于癌旁组织的35.6%(16/45)和40.0%(18/45),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌组织中ABCB5蛋白表达与分期、病理类型、月经情况和淋巴结转移有关,而SphK1蛋白表达与分期、肿瘤大小、月经情况、淋巴结转移、ER及HER-2表达有关(P<0.05);ABCB5和SphK1蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.453,P=0.022)。结论:ABCB5和SphK1在乳腺癌组织中高表达,两者可能在乳腺癌的发生发展中有一定作用,检测ABCB5和SphK1辅助乳腺癌的诊断和病情评估。
