摘要
创伤性膈疝（Traumaticdiaphragmatichernia，TDH）是由于穿透性或闭合性胸腹部损伤而引起膈肌破裂，导致腹腔内脏器疝人胸腔，在创伤早期极易漏诊，其发病率逐年增加。我们总结1998年1月至2012年12月收治的46例TDH患者的临床资料，探讨影响预后的因素，报道如下。
