摘要
报告36岁的女性患者1例,左侧腰部复发性结节1年余。曾被误诊为瘢痕疙瘩,经组织病理及免疫组化检查诊断隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤。本文对其误诊原因进行分析,为该病的正确诊断和治疗提供参考依据。
We report a case of a 36-year-old woman with a recurrent nodule on the left waist for more than a year. It was misdiagnosed as keloid. After the histopathological and immunohistochemical examintation, it was di- agnosed as dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans. The causes of misdiagnosis is discussed, which could serve as a reference for future diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
