摘要
在服务供应链管理实践中,有一类需求具有成员努力敏感型特征,且努力信息处于非对称状态。文章在传统固定费用契约基础上,针对服务供应链中成员努力和需求敏感型合约效应问题,对单一合同、菜单合同、混同合同等三种不同合约形式在服务供应链中的应用进行了比较。研究发现,单一合同效率最高,但也存在无效的情况;菜单合同实现了代理商的甄别,但服务商必须支付信息不对称的租金;混同合同在效率上居中,能够解决隐藏行为的道德风险问题。当服务供应链中的成员努力影响市场需求时,成员在追求收益最大化方面可以有多种选择,如价格、数量、努力水平等,因此在该类供应链环境下,实现供应链协调就多了一条途径,即通过协调价格、数量和努力的水平,在企业努力的范围内选择合适的努力水平,实现企业服务定价与努力水平的平衡。
In the practice of service supply chain management, there is a class of demand with members' effort-sensitive and the effort information is asymmetric. On the basis of the traditional fixed-fee contract, the authors compare the application of such three specific contract forms as single contract, menu contract and confused contract to service supply chain. It is found that single contract has the highest efficiency; but is it sometimes inefficient. Menu contract can realize agents screening; but the service provider have to pay the rent of information asymmetry. Confused contract has the mediate efficiency and can solve the moral problem. While efforts of supply chain members have impact on market demand, the members can have more choices in pursuing profit maximization in terms of price, volume and effort level. So, in the context of this kind of supply chain, there is one more route to realize supply chain coordination, namely choosing the suitable effort level in the scope of enterprises effort to realize the balance between enterprises service pricing and effort level on the basis of negotiated price, volume and effort level.
