摘要
以对苯二甲酸、异山梨醇和乙二醇为原料,通过直接酯化、缩聚合成无规共聚酯。考察了缩聚终止温度、催化剂及异山梨醇含量对产品黏度和色相的影响,表征了该共聚酯的结构及热性能。结果表明:缩聚终止温度为270℃,催化剂的质量分数为250 mg/kg时产品的综合性能最好。该共聚酯具有比对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯更高的玻璃化转变温度和热分解温度,热稳定性更好。
Random copolymerized ester was synthesized with polyethylene terephthalate, isosorbide and ethylene glycol as material through direct esterification and condensation polymerization. The effects of final temperature of condensation polymerization, catalyst and content of isosorbide on viscosity and hue of color of products were studied. Result showed that the comprehensive performance of product was best at the condensation polymerization final temperature of 270 ~C and catalyst mass fraction of 250mg/kg. The copolyester had higher glass transition temperature and thermal decomposition temperature and better thermal stability than that of ethylene glycol terephthalate.
