摘要
都市型工业是以都市区独特的要素资源为依托的工业门类。文章在梳理温州产业集群发展现状基础上,从温州经济发展阶段、产业空心化、生产性服务业发展基础和中心城区功能需要等方面分析温州发展都市型工业的基础和必要性。并通过阐述和分析,有针对性地提出温州发展都市型工业的对策建议,为温州制造业转型发展提供借鉴。
Urban industry is referred to the industry that based on the unique resource elements in metropolitan area. Based on the current situation of the development of Wenzhou industrial cluster carding, this paper analyzes the necessity of the development of urban industry in Wenzhou from the stage of economic development, industrial structure, the development of producer service industry base and the center city function. And through the elaboration and analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for Wenzhou＇s development of urban industry and provides a reference for the Wenzhou manufacturing industry transformation and development.
