摘要
目的 探讨骨肽联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果.方法 选择2013年1～11月本院收治的120例骨质疏松症患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和治疗组各60例,对照组患者给予非甾体消炎镇痛药物和钙剂口服,同时给予补充维生素D.观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予骨肽（50 mg）＋250 ml 0.9％NaCl注射液以及葡萄糖酸钙（10％,20 ml）＋250 ml 5％葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,治疗2个月后观察比较两组患者的骨痛改善情况、腰椎和左侧股骨颈骨密度的变化情况.结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率（90.00％）明显高于对照组（56.67％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗后腰椎L2-4骨密度水平为（0.78±0.10） g/cm2,左侧股骨颈骨密度水平为（0.58±0.02） g/cm2,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 骨肽联合葡萄糖酸钙治疗骨质疏松症效果较好,能有效改善骨痛,提高骨密度,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bone peptide joint calcium gluconate in the treatment of osteoporosis.nethods 120 cases of patients with osteoporosis in our hospital from January to November 2013 were divid- ed into control group （60 cases） and observation group （60 cases）,the control group were treated by non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs,oral calcium and vitamin D supplements;the observation group were treated by ossotide （50 mg） ＋ 250 ml 0.9% NaC1 and calcium gluconate injection （10%,20 ml） ＋ 250 ml 5% glucose intravenous injection on the basis of control group.The improvement of bone pain,lumbar spine and left femoral neck bone mineral density changes in circumstances of two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group （90.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （56.67%）,the difference was significnat （P〈0.05）.Bone mineral density of the lumbar spine L2-4 levels was （0.78±0.10） g/cm2 and the left femoral neck bone mineral density levels was （0.58± 0.02） g/cm2 of the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group respectively, the difference was significnat （P〈0.05）.Adverse reaction rate of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclu- sion The efficacy of bone peptide joint calcium gluconate treating osteoporosis is well,it can effectively improve bone pain and increase bone mineral density,is worth using in clinic.
