GDF-15血浆水平及其基因多态性与不稳定型心绞痛

摘要 1研究背景 生长分化因子-15（growth and differentia tion factor-15）GDF-15是转化生长因子-β超家族（TGF-β）的成员之一，研究表明GDF-15血浆水平与心血管疾病的发生和发展密切相关，其在心肌缺血及缺血再灌注损伤等情况下迅速表达增高，在不稳定型心绞痛进展中起保护作用。近些年来的研究逐渐指向GDF-15基因多态性与心血管疾病的相关性，是一个新的研究领域[3]。本文对GDF-15基因多态性及血浆水平与不稳定型心绞痛的研究进展综述如下。
