摘要
目的:比较SYSMEX CA7000全自动血凝分析仪上Von Clauss 法与PT 衍生法(PT-der 法)测定纤维蛋白原(FIB)的精密性及其临床应用价值。方法:用Von Clauss 法与PT 衍生法分别对新鲜混合血浆400例临床样本进行检测。结果:两种方法测定FIB 的重复性良好;对临床样本按PT-der 法检测结果分阶段做分析,FIB 在1.50 g/L~3.50 g/L 时,两种方法测定结果相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),FIB<1.50 g/L或FIB>3.50 g/L 时, PT-der 法结果偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在SYSMEX CA7000全自动血凝分析仪上,当PT-der 法测出的FIB 值在1.50 g/L~3.50 g/L 时,直接报告结果,当PT-der 法测出的FIB<1.50 g/L或FIB 值>3.50 g/L 时,以Von Clauss 法复查的结果发出报告,两者结合应用可确保工作质量,提高实际工作效益。
Objective:To compare the accuracy and clinical application value of Von Clauss method and Prothrombin time derived fibrinogen determination method (PT-der method) on detecting fibrinogen on SYSMEX CA7000 automatic coagulation analyzer.Methods:Using Von Clauss method and PT-der method to detect fresh pooled plasma, 400 clinical samples, respectively. Results:The repetitiveness of the two methods on detecting fibrinogen is good. There was no statistical significance on the difference between the test results of the 20 normal control samples (P〉0.05). Dividing into different stages, using PT-der method to analyze the test results of the clinical samples: the level of fibrinogen is between 1.51 and 3.50 g/L, the results of the two methods were close, with no statistical significance (P〉0.05); while the level of fibrinogen is higher than 3.50 g/L and lower than 1.50 g/L, the result of the PT-der method was obviously high, with statistical significance (P〈0.05).Conclusions:On the SYSMEX CA7000 automatic coagulation analyzer, when the level of fibrinogen detected by PT-der method is between 1.51 and 3.50 g/L, the result is reported directly. While the level of fibrinogen detected by PT-der method is higher than 3.50 g/L and lower than 1.50 g/L, the report is got by using Von Clauss to reexamine it. The combination of the two methods can make sure the quality of the work and improvement of the working efficiency.
