三种啮齿类动物肾脏结构比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用常规组织学方法观察和测量斯氏鼢鼠(Myospalax smithi)、棕色田鼠(Microtus mandarinus)和昆明种小白鼠(Mus musculus)(简称小鼠)肾脏的显微结构。结果表明:皮质与髓质的厚度比在三种鼠中有差异,其大小依次为:斯氏鼢鼠>棕色田鼠>小鼠;皮质迷路内近曲小管与远曲小管的数量比在三种鼠中也不相同,斯氏鼢鼠为1.92∶1,棕色田鼠为1.77∶1,小鼠为2.11∶1;三种鼠肾小囊腔的腔隙从小到大依次为:小鼠、棕色田鼠和斯氏鼢鼠。上述结果表明,小鼠肾脏重吸收能力大于棕色田鼠和斯氏鼢鼠,与它们的生境和食性密切相关。 Morphological and structural characteristics of kidneys in Smithi ’ s zokor (Myospalax smithi) ,Mandarin vole (Microtus mandarinus) and Kunming mice (Mus musculus) were investigated with anatomy and histology methods ,and their relations with production urine were discussed .The ratios of thickness of the renal cortex to the medulla are different between the three species ,and the ratios in these three rodents are ranked according to their sizes as the followings :Smithi’s zokor 〉 Mandarin vole〉 kun-ming mice .The radio of the number of the proximal tubule to the distal convoluted tubule in the cortical labyrinth of the three rodents displayed significant difference :1 .92∶1 in Smithi’s zoker ,1 .77∶1 in Man-darin vole ,and 2 .11∶1 in kunming mice .The widths of the capsule glomeruli were also different in the three speies :Smithi’s zokor 〉 Mandarin vole 〉 kunming mice .The above characteristics showed that the reabsorption of kidneys is stronger in kunming mice than in Smithi’s zokor and mandarin vole ,which is probably the result of adaptation to the different habitats .
