摘要
利用天然青海湖水浸泡凹凸棒石黏土,考察了浸泡时间对其胶体性能的影响。红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和Zeta电位分析以及胶体性能测试结果表明,湖水浸泡未改变凹凸棒石的晶体结构和棒晶形态,湖水中的金属离子与凹凸棒石棒晶表面的离子发生了交换反应。浸泡90 d后凹凸棒石的表面电荷增加,浸泡180 d后样品旋转黏度从1188 mPa·s提高到2376 mPa·s,胶体稳定性也最好。
Attapulgite was soaked with the Qinghai lake water. The effects of soaking time on the colloidal properties of attapulgite clay were investigated. The results from the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) , X-ray diffraction (XRD), the scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and Zeta potentials analyses as well as the measurements of colloidal properties indicated that the crystal structure and rod morphology of attapulgite have no obvious change after soaking, and the metal ions in the lakewater were exchanged with the ions on the surface of attapulgite. The surface charge of attapulgite was increased after soaking for 90 d. After soaking 180 d, the rotary viscosity was enhanced from 1188 mPa · s to 2376 mPa · s, and the colloidal stability is also optimal.
