摘要
文章对慢喉喑（慢性喉炎、声带小结、声带息肉、喉肌弱证）的辨证要点、局部辨证,以及本类病症的特殊专用药物进行了简要介绍.提出了整体辨证,重在脏腑虚实；局部辨证,重在痰湿血瘀；临床用药,活用开音散结等基本观点.
In this article the chronic aphonia and hoarseness called in TCM include all the symptoms caused by these below diseases： chronic laryngitis, vocal nodule, vocal polyp, hoarseness due to hypotonia of laryngeal muscles. It briefly introduced about the main points of syndrome differentiation, the methods of local syndrome differentiation, and special drugs being used to treat these diseases. And it suggested that on integral syndrome differentiation, the key point was how to differentiate deficiency and excess of Zang and Fu in TCM, on local syndrome differentiation, it should focus on how to differentiate syndomes of phlegmdampness and blood-stasis, while on clinical administration , the basic viewpoints was how to make flexible use of easing up the voice and removing stasis.
