摘要
聚乳酸-羟基乙酸是应用广泛的合成可降解高分子材料。由于合成工艺路线、催化剂、分子量的控制、聚合物纺丝工艺等方面对该材料作为组织工程支架材料的影响很大,为此众多学者围绕这一课题展开了大量的研究工作。文章综述了聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物发展状况和发展趋势。
Poly lactic-co-glycolic acid was widely used to synthese biodegradable polymer materials. However, due to the effect of synthesis process, catalyst, the control of molecular weight and the spinning process of polymer material on tissue engineering scaffolds, much study had done to improve the mechanical performance in rencent years. The present situation and the trend of development of hydroxy acetic acid copolymer of polylactic acid was reviewed.
