摘要
本文在充分阐述灰色综合规划理论的基础上 ,对北京地勘院经济发展规划进行了实证研究。结合定量与定性分析 ,提出了实现企业悲观及乐观目标的人力、资金优化分配方案 ,并进行了结果分析 ,作为决策者的决策依据。
On the basis of full description of the theory of gray comprehensive programming,the article makes pragmatical research on the economic development programming of Beijing Geologyical Exploration Instiution.Through quantitative and qualitaive analysis,it presents an optimized destrbution project for both the pessimistic and optimistic objects.The result is analysed as the decision base.
