摘要
本文通过对中国生产性服务业内部产业结构的相关计量经济分析表明,中国生产性服务业内部产业结构的变动对GDP总量的增长有显著影响。在生产性服务业的六个行业中,租赁和商务服务业、科学研究技术服务和地质勘查业(研发)、信息传输计算机服务和软件业(信息服务)三个行业对经济增长的影响是明显的。从产值结构与就业结构的协整分析结果看,生产性服务业六大行业的就业人数不仅是各自产业产值的重要影响因素,更重要的是,各行业的产值与就业人数之间均存在显著的协整关系,产值与就业之间存在一个稳定的长期关系,即使在未来某时间产值偏离二者的稳定关系,也仍会通过一个内部的调整,重新回复到稳定的状态,本文提出中国生产性服务业具有"自稳定"效应。因此,促进生产性服务业产业结构调整和优化,不仅有助于促进我国整体经济的持续健康发展,而且有助于就业问题的解决。最后,本文根据研究结论提出适应"新四化"的要求,加快产业融合,突出发展商务服务业、研发、信息服务等方面的对策建议。
After entering the 20th century, the experts in a variety of disciplines from around the world giveconsiderable attention to the development of producer services. The service sector output has reached or exceeded 70% of GDP in the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia, France, Germany among other countries. Producerservices development in these countries is especially rapid, with its output generally accounting for more than half that of service sector. In 2013, the added value of service industry in China amounted to 46. 1% , exceeding theoutput of the second industry for the first time. With the acceleration of China＇s new industrialization process, producer services have developed subsequently. Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in the government work report in 2014that we will give priority to the development of producer services, speed up the development of service industry like commerce, science and technology related business, and promote the deeper integration of informatization and in-dustrialization. In the next 10 years, it will be extremely significant for China to optimize and upgrade producer services and make great leap forward achievement in producer services. On the basis of introducing the findings ofresearch on producer services both at home and abroad, through the combination of normative analysis and empiri- cal analysis, this paper analyses the startup, evolution, and developing trend of producer services in terms of added value and employment in developed countries, and summarizes and concludes the growth mechanism of producer services, which will provide a reference for the optimization of China＇s producer services. In the study of the processof industrial structure optimization in China＇s producer services, through the establishment of mathematical model and quantitative analysis, this paper analyses the structural effect existing in the internal producer services in Chi-na.
