摘要
生产建设项目水土保持方案质量抽查是水土保持方案管理的一项重要工作。根据浙江省水土保持学会制定的生产建设项目水土保持方案质量抽查方案,利用计算机技术、数据库技术设计和实现了水土保持方案抽取和专家匹配算法。应用表明,该算法简单、使用方便,可为水土保持方案编制质量进行科学、合理评价提供决策支持。
The quality sampling for soil and water conservation scheme（SWCS）of production and construction projects is an important task of SWCS management.According to the quality sampling program for SWCS of production and construction projects developed by Zhejiang Provincial Soil and Water Conservation Society,a scheme extraction and experts matching algorithm for SWCS is designed and implemented by the use of computer technology and database technology.The application shows that the algorithm is simple and easy to use which can provide decision support for scientific and reasonable evaluation of the quality of SWCS.
