开放式创新对企业创新绩效影响研究——内部R&D与环境波动的调节作用 被引量:18

Study on the Impact of Open Innovation on Firm's Performance Based on the Moderating Effects of Internal R&D and Environmental Turbulence

摘要 基于Chesbrough's的开放式创新模式,从内部R&D与环境波动视角分析开放式创新对企业绩效的影响机理,并进行实证研究。研究结果表明,与外部技术开发相比,外部技术获取正向影响了企业绩效;外部技术获取加强了外部技术开发与企业绩效之间的联系。在较高内部R&D投资及环境波动条件下,外部技术获取与外部技术开发均和企业绩效正向相关。技术波动正向影响外部技术获取和企业绩效之间的联系,但对外部技术开发和企业绩效之间的关系影响不明显。 This paper analyzes the direct and interactive effects of internal R&D and environmental turbulence on firm performance on the base of Chesbrough's open innovation model. The result shows that external technology acquisition positively affects firm performance, whereas external technology exploitation does not. This study also finds that external technology acquisition strengthens the relationship between external technology exploitation and firm performance. Both external technology acquisition and external technology exploitation are positively related to firm performance under high internal R&D investment and a turbulent market environment. Technological turbulence affects the relationship between external technological acquisition positively, but not external technology exploitation and firm performance.
