摘要
桃源水电站共装设9台20 MW的灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组,机组多,大件翻身多,工程施工强度高,9台机组安装工序紧密关联,设备组装工位紧张。通过合理的布置组装工位,有效地控制了施工工期,保证了首台机组4个月发电、后续机组1个半月发电的安装进度,工期管理取得了实效。
Taoyuan Hydropower Station will install nine 20 MW bulb-type turbine-generators. As the large number of units, large amounts of overturns of large-size parts and close installation processes, the intensity of mechanical and electrical installation is high and the equipment assembly stations are tight. The construction duration is effectively controlled by reasonably arranging assembly stations. The first unit is put into operation after 4 months installation and the following units will be put into operation by an interval of 1.5 months.
