摘要
公路交通基础设施是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要保障设施。在公路建设过程中,以科学发展观为指导,加强公路建设的投资控制和造价管理,提高投资效益,是建设资源节约型、环境友好型行业,实现我国公路建设事业全面、协调、可持续发展的必由之路。为了提高广大从业人员对公路工程造价管理的重视程度,论文围绕公路工程造价管理的基础知识及其合理确定、有效控制进行了分析。
The highway transportation infrastructure is an important guarantee for facilities of our national economic and social development. In the highway construction, to Scientific Outlook on Development as guidance, strengthening the cost management and investment control of highway construction, improving investment benefit, is the construction ofa resource-saving,environment-fi-iendly industries, realize the road of the development of highway construction in our country comprehensively, coordinated, sustainable will. In order to improve the general practitioners on the importance of highway engineering cost management, this paper focuses on the basic knowledge of highway engmeermg cost management and to determine a reasonable, effective controlis analyzed.
