摘要
针对我国许多城市突出的老城区道路交通拥堵情况,通过分析老城区特殊的道路交通流特征、拥堵的主要原因,从规划布局、道路建设、交通管理几个方面出发,提出有针对性的对策和建议,以期有效解决老城区道路通行的瓶颈问题,缓解老城区交通压力。
In light of obvious traffic jam conditions in many old towns,the paper analyzes major traffic characteristics and traffic jam,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of planning layout,highway construction and traffic management and so on, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to effectively solve old town traffic bottleneck and release old city traffic pressure.
