摘要
本文主要分析了我国国有企业人力资源培训中存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出几点建议,以加强对国有企业人力资源培训的管理。
This paper mainly analyzed the main problems in the human resources training of China's state-owned enterprises, and proposed several suggestions based on the problems, in order to enhance the management of human resources training in state-owned enterprises.
