摘要
本文是以自身为咨询对象的案例分析。2008年8月份,我本科毕业来到上海工作。工作四年后,由于个人职业发展的需求,我辞掉了工作,决定考研继续深造。正是在考研的考场上,让我感觉到前所未有的紧张和焦虑,并产生如腹泻、恶心等生理反应。通过"大学生心理健康教育研究"课程的学习,我对自身考试焦虑有了更清楚的认识,希望可以帮助自己克服考试焦虑,用一种健康的心态迎接每一次考试。
This paper is a case-based analysis with the writer as the counseling object. In August, 2008, the writer graduated and went to Shanghai for a job. After four years of work, due to the need of professional development, the writer resigned and decid-ed to take part in the postgraduate enrollment examination. On the right site of the examination room, the writer suffered from unprecedented tension and anxiety, as well as physical reactions such as diarrhea and nausea. Through the learning of＇Research on the Psychological Health Education of University＇, the writer has got a more clear understanding of examination anxiety, hop-ing to help the writer overcome examination anxiety, and face up to every examination with a healthy mood.
