摘要
从产业格局、管理环境、种子企业、科研能力4个方面,概括辽宁省种子产业发展现状,分析其发展中存在的主要问题,从政府、企业和科研单位的视角,探讨发展辽宁省种业的具体措施,为种子管理工作提供科学指导。
This paper reviews the general development situation of seed industry in Liaoning province from 4 aspects, namely, industrial structure, management environment, seed enterprises, and scientific research ability, analyses the existing problems in its development, and puts forward specific measures for the development of seed industry in Liaoning from the perspectives of government, enterprises and scientific research institutions in order to provide scientific guidance for the work of seed management.
