摘要
目的:研究血清降钙素原( procalcitonin,PCT)、C 反应蛋白( C-reactive protein,CRP)水平及白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)计数在儿童感染性疾病诊疗中的应用价值。方法:选择2012∽2013年间在阳泉市第三人民医院儿科就诊的157例感染性疾病患儿,按临床诊断分为细菌感染组和非细菌感染组,同时选取79例健康儿童作为对照组,分别进行血清 PCT、CRP 水平测定和全血 WBC 计数。结果:细菌感染组的 PCT、CRP 和 WBC 水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P 〈0.05);非细菌感染组的 WBC、CRP 水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P 〈0.05),而 PCT 差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);细菌感染组和非细菌感染组 PCT 差异有统计学意义(P 〈0.05),而 CRP、WBC 差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:PCT 可以快速客观地判别儿童感染的类型以及感染严重程度,对临床合理使用抗生素以及疗效观察具有重要的指导意义。
Objective:To explore the application value of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)level and white blood cell(WBC)counting in the treatment of children with infectious diseases. Methods:157 cases of chil-dren with infectious diseases as the experimental group were divided into bacterial infection group and non-bacterial in-fection group during 2012 ∽ 2013 in The Third People's Hospital of Yangquan City in Shanxi Province,while 79 cases of healthy children were selected as the control group. The children were respectively conducted in procalcitonin(PCT), C-reactive protein(CRP)level and white blood cell(WBC)counting. Results:The procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)level and white blood cell(WBC)counting in bacterial infection group were higher than those in the con-trol group;there was statistical significant difference(P 〈 0. 05);C-reactive protein(CRP)level and white blood cell (WBC)counting in non-bacterial infection group were higher than the control group. There was statistical significant difference(P 〈 0. 05);there was no statistical significance(P 〉 0. 05)in procalcitonin,PCT;PCT both in bacterial in-fection group and non-bacterial infection group has statistical significance(P 〈 0. 05),but there was no statistical signif-icant difference in C-reactive protein(CRP)level and white blood cell(WBC)(P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion:Procalcitonin (PCT)can objectively and rapidly determine the infection types and severity of the infection. Moreover,there is impor-tant guiding significance in the rational clinical use of antibiotics and curative effect observation.
