摘要
在我国内蒙古和东北地区进行酿造冰红山葡萄酒新品种北冰红区域试验。结果表明:在无霜期短的吉林省洮南市万宝乡、吉林市河湾镇、辽宁省青源县英额门镇、黑龙江省泰来县和平乡、宝清县七星泡镇和内蒙古扎兰屯市成吉思汗镇栽培,表现物候期延迟,在9月16~19日早霜来临之时,果实不能充分成熟,12月上旬采收树上冰冻果实含糖仅为23.6%~30.2%、总酸14.9~15.6 g/L,不能达到酿造冰红山葡萄酒的工艺标准,类似上述气候区不可发展北冰红。在无霜期较长、气候较好的吉林省集安市青石镇、辽宁省本溪县东营坊乡、朝阳县六家子镇和内蒙古喀喇沁旗锦山镇栽培,北冰红表现抗寒、抗病、穗粒大、产量高,12月上旬采收树上冰冻果实含糖高达37.0%~40.2%、总酸13.1~14.3 g/L,可酿造优质冰红山葡萄酒。通过区域试验可以确定:北冰红适宜区域是年无霜期145 d以上、降雨量400~800 mm、活动积温≥3000℃、土壤砂壤土、黑壤土或暗森林土的山区或半山区栽培。
Regional trial of Beibinghong in North-East region and Inner Mongolia were conducted. The results showed that the fruit was not maturity in the 16-19, September in the regions with short frost-free period(such as Wanbao town, Jilin province, etc), the sugar content of frozen fruit was only 23.6%-30.2%, total acid 14.9-15.6 g/L in early December. The area similar to above mentioned climatic regions is not suitable for large area development. In the area with longer frost-free period (such as Qingshi, Ji'an, Jilin Province, Dongyingfang, Benxi, Liaoning Province, etc), Beibignhong showed that the high cold resistance, disease resistance, high yield, the fruit sugar content was 37%-40.2% in early December, total acid content was from 13.1%to 14.3%, which was suitable for extensive development. The cultivar of Beibinghong is suitable for the mountains or the mid-mountains regions with frost-free period 145 d, rainfall 400~800 mm, accumulated temperature more than 3000℃.
