摘要 通过试验测定了2219-T87母材及VPTIG焊接接头在不同温度下的力学性能,并对母材和焊接接头的微观组织及断口形貌进行了观察和分析,讨论了温度对母材及焊接接头性能的影响。试验结果表明,2219-T87铝合金有低温增强现象,比较适合低温状态下的工作。但与母材相比,焊接接头的各项力学性能均有所下降。 The mechanical properties of 2219- T87 aluminum alloy base metal and its TIG welded joint are tested tinder different test temperatures. The microstructures and the fractography of base metal and the TIG welded joint are observed and analyzed. The effect of test temperature on mechanical properties is discussed. The results indicate that the mechanical property of 2219-T87 base metal will increase under cryogenic temperature, suitable for service at cryogenic temperature. Contrasting with property of base metal, the mechanical property of TIG welded joint is lower.
