摘要
[目的]观察炙甘草汤联合心脏起搏器治疗慢快综合征疗效。[方法]使用多中心随机平行对照方法,将62例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表分为两组。对照组30例心脏起搏器植入术,置入双腔起搏器,经左锁骨下或右锁骨下静脉途径置入电极,右心室电极固定于右室流出道或右室心尖部,心房电极固定于右心耳,术中常规检测心房及心室电极各项参数达到理想状态。治疗组32例炙甘草汤(生地黄30g,炙甘草12g,生姜、桂枝各10g,党参20g,阿胶10g,麦冬15g,麻仁、大枣各10g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,术后第二天开始早晚口服;心脏起搏器植入术同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、SF-36量表评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心律失常改善率、临床症状疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。SF-36量表评分两组均有明显升高(P<0.05),生理职能、总体健康、活力等评分治疗组升高高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]炙甘草汤联合心脏起搏器治疗慢快综合征,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the liquorice decoction on cardiac pacemaker slow fast syndrome. [ Method ] the use of multi center randomized and parallel control method, 62 cases of inpatient and outpatient were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 30 cases of cardiac pacemaker implantation, implantation of dual chamber pacemaker, through left subclavian or right subclavian vein inserted electrode, right ventricular electrode is fixed in the right ventricular outflow tract and right ventricular apex, atrial electrode fixed to the right atrial appendage, routine detection of atrial and ventricular electrode parameters to achieve the ideal state. The treatment group of 32 cases of Zhigancao Decoction （ Radix Rehmanniae 30g, licorice 12g, ginger, cassia twig each 10g, dangshen 20g, Ejiao 10g, Ophiopogon japonicus 15g, hemp seed, jujube each 10g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 100mL, sooner or later oral began second days after surgery; cardiac pacemaker implantation with control group. 1 months of continuous treatment of 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, SF-36 score, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] the rate of arrhythmia, improve clinical symptoms of the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The SF-36 scale score of two group were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, physiological function, general health, vitality and score in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of cardiac pacemaker slow fast syndrome, curative effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
