摘要
本文以深圳市宝安区综合公园管理实践为例,在简述综合公园概况和分析游客投诉内容的基础上,提出在园容卫生、绿化养护、公园治安、队伍建设、配套设施和游客投诉受理制度等方面进行综合公园的管理。
Take the management practice of Baoan District Park in Shenzhen as an example, based on the survey and analysis of park visitors＇ complaints, some measures should be taken on aspects such as park environment-protect, green conservation, park security, management team built-up, public facilities and tourist complaints conductive system and so on.
