摘要
通过研究炭化室中单向非稳态传热的偏微分方程,得到单向非稳态传热的偏微分方程的通式,并求得非稳态传热的偏微分方程的特解,不同结焦时间下炭化室内各层炉料的温度与状态曲线,可用于预测炭化室内各层炉料在不同的结焦时间的温度变化,也可用于了解距炉墙不同距离的各层炉料到达煤热解的3个阶段的标志性温度的时间,从上一个温度到达这个标志性温度的升温速度和从这一个标志性温度到达下一个标志性温度所停留的时间。
Through studying the partial differential equation of one-way unsteady heat conduction in carbonization chamber, can get the general expression of one-way unsteady heat conduction and the particular solution of partial differential equation of unsteady heat conduction, and the temperature and state curve of each layer's oven burden in carbonization chamber under different coking times can be used to forecast the temperature variation of each layer's oven burden in carbonization chamber under different coking times, and also can be used to know the time of each layer's oven burden with different distances away from the oven wall arriving the characteristic temperature at the three stages of coal pyrolysis, the temperature increasing rate of reaching this characteristic temperature from the previous temperature and the retention time from this characteristic temoerature to the next characteristic temperature.
