摘要
针对自由曲面零件法向孔的加工问题,构建了一个提取法向孔加工信息的前置处理CAM软件。主要对应用程序的相关接口、IGES文件和OCC模型的映射、IGES文件信息的读取以及IGES数据模型的三维重建进行了分析,从IGES曲面零件中提取法向孔加工信息并生成刀轨文件,最终通过软件测试验证了软件生成的加工代码的合理性。
Aiming at the problem of the normal hole on the freeform surface, a CAM preprocessing software was built to extract the machining information of the normal hole. The software analyzed the application of relevant interface, IGES files, OCC model mapping, the IGES file information reading and the 3 D reconstruction of the IGES data model, and extracted the machining information of the normal hole from the IGES surface part and created the NC program file. Finally, the reasonableness of the machining code which generated by the software was verified and the software testing was passed.
