摘要
目的探讨中医药治疗肺间质纤维化的常用药物和配伍规律。方法以1991年1月至2013年8月在省级以上期刊发表,以中医药为主治疗肺间质纤维化,且经过临床疗效观察有效的中药复方为研究对象,对其用药进行聚类分析,探索中医药治疗肺间质纤维化的常用药物和配伍规律。结果肺间质纤维化中药药物治疗使用最多的药物为黄芪、丹参、甘草、当归、麦冬、川芎。聚类分析显示肺间质纤维化用药可分为7类,包括养阴活血化瘀类、益气健脾类、清肺化痰类、益气养阴类等。结论肺间质纤维化的用药以益气、养阴、活血,清肺化痰类中药为主,因此益气养阴活血化痰是肺间质纤维化的基本治疗方法。
Objective： To discuss the commonly used drugs and law of compatibility of TCM treating pulmonary fibrosis. Methods： Traditional Chinese medicine compound,published in 1991 January to 2103 August on the journal, being clinical effective and treating pulmonary fibrosis mainly with TCM,was taken to study. Cluster anal- ysis was performed on the drug,to explore the commonly used drugs and law of compatibility of TCM treating pulmonary fibrosis. Results： The most used drugs in TCM treating of pulmonary fibrosis were Astragalus membranaceus, Salvia miltiorrhiza,licorice, Angelica, Ophiopogon japonicus, and Rhizome of Chuanxiong. Cluster analysis showed that the drugs could be divided into seven categories including nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation, and removing blood stasis; strengthening spleen, invigorating qi, clearing lung, and eliminating phlegm; supplementing qi and nourishing Yin,etc. Conclusion： The main efficacies include supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation, clearing lung, and eliminating phlegm which are the basic methods treating pulmonary fibrosis.
