摘要
为了科学评价公共资源类旅游景区的经营绩效,根据其经营特点和特征属性,探索平衡计分卡在景区绩效评价中的应用,从财务、资源及环境保护、社会、顾客、内部业务流程、学习与成长六个维度构建起公共资源类旅游景区绩效评价体系,并运用层次分析法、专家咨询法确定评价指标的相应权重,以期为全面系统地评价公共资源类旅游景区绩效,实现景区可持续发展提供方法参考。
In order to scientifically evaluate the management performance of public tourist attraction,based on its management features and attributes,this paper explored the application of balance score card,constructed the performance appraisal indices system of public tourist attraction from six dimensions including finance,resource environment protection,society,customer,inner business process,study development, and fixed the corresponding weights of the appraisal indices by using analytic hierarchy process and expert consultancy,thus expecting to provide references for the full and systematic evaluation of the performance appraisal of public tourist attraction and its sustainable development
