摘要
分析供热管道上大口径阀门泄漏的原因,主要是由带压开启或带压关闭过程中介质高速冲刷阀门密封面,造成密封面破坏引起的。如果选型合理,以设置牺牲品阀门来保护大口径主关断阀,理论和实践证明,可以延长大口径阀门的使用寿命。论述了供热管道常用大口径阀门的种类及选型原则,蒸汽管道、热水管道上大口径阀门的选型与保护。
The leakage reasons of large-diameter valves for heat-supply pipeline are analyzed. The leakage occurs mainly due to valve sealing surface damage caused by high-speed scour of media during opening or closing under pressure. If the type selection is reasonable, and the sacrificial valve is installed to protect the large-diameter main shutoff valve, the theory and practice have proved that the service life of large-diameter valves can be prolonged. The types and selection principle of large-diameter valves commonly used in heatsupply pipelines as well as the type selection and pro- tection of large-diameter valves used in steam and hot water pipelines are expounded.
