低磷胁迫对4个玉米自交系幼苗生长及生理生化特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 选取常规玉米育种中应用的4个自交系,研究它们苗期对低磷的耐受性及低磷胁迫下幼苗鲜重、干重、株高及其生理生化特性变化。结果表明:齐319低磷胁迫耐受性较差,鲁原476次之,鲁原43、99038较耐低磷胁迫;低磷胁迫可增加玉米自交系的根长和根体积,耐受性较差的增加较多;可增加自交系中脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量,使过氧化氢酶和磷酸酯酶活性升高、硝酸还原酶活性降低。生物活性分子含量及酶活性变化与自交系的低磷耐受程度呈一定的相关性。 Four inbred lines applied in conventional maize breeding were selected to analyze the toler-ance ,fresh weight,dry weight,plant height and physiological and biochemical characteristics of seedlings un-der low phosphorus stress.The results showed that Qi 319 had the worst tolerance to low phosphorus followed by Luyuan 476,while Luyuan 43 and 99038 had better tolerance.Low phosphorus stress could increase the root length and volume of maize inbred lines,and those which had worse tolerance increased more.Low phos-phorus stress also could increase the proline and MDA contents,improve the CAT and phosphoesterase activi-ties,but decrease the nitrate reductase activity.The variation of bioactive molecule content and enzyme activi-ty in maize inbred lines were found to be related to low phosphorus stress in a certain extent.
