摘要
采用国产 SiC晶须(SiCw)制备 SICw-ZTA陶瓷基复合材料,研究了 SiC晶须含量对复合材料的抗弯强度及断裂韧性的影响;并分析了晶须增韧和Zr02相交增韧两种机制协同作用的条件。
SiCw-ZrO2(10vol%)-A12O3 composites were prepared by home whisker. The effect of whisker content on fie-cural strength and fracture toughness of the composites was investigated. The condition of synergistic action between whisker toughening and transformation toughening was also analysed.
