摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗乳腺增生病的疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组。对照组口服三苯氧胺;治疗组在对照组基础上加服逍遥丸合乳癖消片。两组疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组60例,治愈31例,显效15例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率为90%;对照组60例,治愈11例,显效12例,有效19例,无效18例,总有效率为70%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗乳腺增生病疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the integrative medicine in treating mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group accepted oral tamoxifen;treatment group accepted Xiaoyao Wan and Rupi Xiao more. Results： Treatment group of 60 cases, 31 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 90%; control group of 60 patients, 11 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases effective, 18 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 70%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treating mammary gland hyperplasia in the integrative medicine had curative effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
