摘要
目的:探讨研究沙参麦冬汤加减对慢性支气管炎患者的治疗效果。方法:2009年1月-2013年1月间,本院收治280例慢性支气管炎的患者,随机分为对照组(140例)与治疗组(140例),对照组采用传统西药治疗;治疗组采用沙参麦冬汤随证加减方式治疗。结果:治疗组:临床控制35例,显效84例,总有效85.0%;对照组:临床控制35例,显效35例,总有效率50.0%;治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤随证加减方式治疗患慢性支气管炎效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore clinical effects of Shashen Maidong decoction on treating chronic bronchitis. Methods： 280 patients were randomly divided into control group （140 cases） and treatment group （140 cases）, the control group was given routine western medicine treatment;the treatment group was given Shashen Maidong decoction. Results：In treatment group：diseases of 35 cases were controlled, 84 were markedly effective, the total efficiency was 85.0%;in control group：diseases of 35 cases were controlled, 35 were markedly effective, the total efficiency was 50.0%;the treatment group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shashen Maidong decoction in treating chronic bronchitis was obviously effective, is worthy of clinical promotion.
